Pork Ribs
Use pork back ribs or
loin ribs; the loin ribs are much
larger.
Put ribs in a glass
cookie pan and add a cup of water. The
idea is to sort of steam the ribs, so cover and seal the pan
with a layer of tin foil.
Bake for 1 hour at 325,
then uncover, and drain away any
water. Baste the ribs with the appropriate sauce, see
below, and then reheat for 15 minutes at 400.
