Tocos

Taco Shells:

Warm the taco forming sheets to 375o.

Use a tortilla warmer to soften the shells, as follows:
Pack 8 corn tortillas separated by wax paper into
the warmer, with a sheet of damp paper towel on top
and bottom. Zap for 60 seconds at high heat in the
microwave.

Cook the tortillas for approximately 4 minutes,
then let cool.
